Before opening the Woodbury Med Spa, I worked as a clinical educator. I travelled all over the Midwest teaching medical spas about injectables and biostimulators. During this time, I got to see it all (the spas that were thriving and the ones that were struggling). I also watched owners make some really smart investments, and others make decisions that set them back. Along the way, I picked up invaluable pearls about what truly makes a med spa succeed: strong leadership, authenticity, and a genuine connection with clients. Those experiences inspired me to build something of my own, grounded in purpose and care.

What makes Woodbury Med Spa special is that it doesn’t feel like a typical med spa. Aesthetics can be overwhelming and even a little vulnerable for people. You’re putting your face, your confidence, and your trust in someone else’s hands. We take that seriously. Our goal is to create a space where clients feel completely comfortable, understood, and cared for from the moment they walk in. We lead with authenticity and compassion, not sales or pressure. Every treatment is customized, and we focus on helping clients look and feel like the best version of themselves:  natural, confident, and genuinely cared for.

When clients walk into Woodbury Med Spa for the first time, I want them to feel instantly at ease, like they can exhale. So many people come in carrying insecurities, stress, or the pressure to ‘fix’ something about themselves. My hope is that they feel seen, cared for, and safe in a space that’s warm and genuine, not intimidating. I want it to feel like a mix of luxury and comfort—elevated but approachable—where they know they’re in expert hands, and they can trust that every recommendation comes from a place of honesty, heart, and clinical experience.

The team at Woodbury Med Spa is made up of an experienced nurse practitioner, registered nurses, advanced practice estheticians, licensed massage therapists, and lash technicians, each bringing a unique skill set and shared passion for patient care. Together, we combine medical expertise with artistry and compassion to create personalized treatment experiences. Our goal is to deliver results that not only enhance natural beauty but also nurture confidence and overall well-being.

Aging is hard, but it’s something we all go through. My goal is to help clients feel confident and comfortable at every stage of life. I believe in small, thoughtful tweaks that enhance your natural beauty while keeping you looking like you. It’s not about changing who you are . It’s about helping you feel proud and confident every time you look in the mirror.

Consultations and care are the most important part of what we do. Every person who walks through our doors has their own story, their own goals, and their own insecurities. My approach is to truly listen first. I want to understand what’s bothering them, what they hope to achieve, and what feels authentic to them. From there, we create a customized care plan that feels attainable, natural, and aligned with their goals. It’s never one-size-fits-all. My job is to educate, guide, and empower clients to make confident, informed decisions about their care.

We primarily serve women in their 30s through 60s who are busy, driven, and care deeply about feeling their best,  inside and out. Most of our clients are juggling careers, kids, relationships, and self-care, and they come to us because they want to look refreshed and confident without feeling overdone. They value natural, subtle results and appreciate honesty and education throughout the process. Personality-wise, our clients are grounded, real, and loyal. They want a provider they can trust and a space where they feel completely comfortable being themselves.

Most of my clients just want to look refreshed—like themselves, but more rested, confident, and vibrant. They’re not chasing perfection; they’re looking for balance. Whether it’s softening fine lines, restoring volume, improving skin texture, or addressing hormone-related changes, their goal is always to feel like the best version of themselves without looking ‘done.’

Clients always tell me how comfortable they feel here. They appreciate that I take the time to listen, educate, and explain everything before doing anything. They leave feeling cared for, not sold to, and that’s really important to me. I consistently hear that clients love how natural their results look and how confident they feel walking out the door.

We’re best known for natural, balanced injectable results, especially with neuromodulators, biostimulators, and dermal fillers. Clients trust us because we focus on enhancing their features, not changing them. Our approach is subtle, intentional, and completely customized to each face. We’re also known for using advanced techniques and PRP/PRF to support long-term, healthy skin.

Botox and filler are our top repeat services. Clients love how refreshed and confident they feel after each visit. PRF and microneedling are also favorites because they deliver such natural, collagen stimulating results over time. Once clients experience that combination of confidence and care, they make it part of their self-care routine.

Definitely treatments on our wellness and regenerative side. These treatments help clients feel as good as they look. I’m really passionate about hormone optimization, collagen-stimulating treatments, and skin health from within. Educating clients about how aesthetic and wellness services work together is something I want to highlight more as we continue to grow.

Yes. We love supporting local women-owned and small businesses, wellness events, and community causes. Giving back and being part of the community is such an important part of who we are. We also host educational and connection-driven events so women can learn, feel supported, and feel seen. And of course, we have a soft spot for all things animals. We’re big believers in kindness, connection, and giving back in meaningful ways.

Absolutely. So many of my clients have become true friends over the years. When you spend time really listening to someone, helping them feel confident, and celebrating their milestones (birthdays, weddings, new babies), genuine relationships naturally form. It’s one of the best parts of what I do. I’ve also seen women walk through my doors feeling broken after a tough breakup or divorce, and over time, I’ve watched them slowly regain their confidence and joy. Those transformations, both emotional and physical, are my favorite stories. They’re the friendships and moments of growth that remind me why I love this work so much.

The ones that mean the most to me are when clients say they felt heard, comfortable, and never pressured. When someone writes that they finally feel like themselves again, or that the experience felt warm and genuine that’s everything to me. Those are the moments that remind me exactly why I started this. And honestly, my absolute favorite part is waking up to those unexpected messages from clients saying how much they love their results. It never gets old. It’s the best feeling in the world.
